Hotel needs renovation. Staff have no motivation to work. A budget hotel with high prices. Nothing resort about it. A run down property. Very small property. ACs are out of gas. Staff doesn't care. Loud DJ from near by hotel. Property is under maintenance resulting in severe inconvenience. Avoid this place till you hear better from other guests.

We were told we will get 5 rooms by Vicky agent but were told they are not available after we transferred money. They asked for more money saying they have upgraded family suites, and on paying extra money, we were given only 3 rooms for 10 people instead of 5 rooms. As a result of things inspite of paying double we are given lesser rooms. Inspite of pleading we were ignored by the staff like Parvez sitting on the reception counter

Adamo is a very good place to stay, it is in main market and you can visit market by walking easily, staff is very kind and polite, food is very good, tasty and many options are there, there are some games for kids as well, few are free while few are chargeable, there are enjoyment events at night like magic show and puppet show.

The experience at this property was not at all satisfactory. The level of service is not at all like before. I have been visiting this property since 2010 and never experienced this kind of pathetic experience and service. Specially the HK supervisor most rude person i came across on the property who had the audacity to speak so rudely on just a mere topic of Umbrella to be utilised. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and understanding. When the gentleman at the reception spoke to Prakash on his behaviour and tried explaining him, Prakash spoke to him also rudely in front of us. The gentleman at the reception tried correcting him on his tone and he did not even care and was arrogant to him in front of my entire family. Like from where do you get such staff who do not have the basic courtesy to speak to their guest, he was like having a gunda kind of attitude. THIS IS VERY EMBARASSING TO BE IN THIS SITUATION IN FRONT OF YOUR FAMILY

We are group of 5 friends in our fifties who ve visiting Matheran every Mansoons staying in Adamo every year in the same villa. Our experience was good so far but this year was a different bad , i wld say very bad experience. Right from booking from the Mumbai office where we were not even given credit card link to change of certain terms which were not honoured at the time of getting our villa. The person at the Reception ( Jaisingh )was behaving as if he was obliging us.Initially he gave us wrong villa inspite of pre booking a particular villa.All these when we are their loyal customers since last 15 years.We asked for the Manager Mr Yadav .We were told to contact him directly.Mr Yadav ,the manager didn't recv our calls. The support staff had equal attitudes and were constantly giving us impression of being under obligation. The entire hotel had only 2 reservations ( Thursday ) yet we were treated like this.A worst Hospitality experience.We had to go to the market to get some medicine.We asked for the Hotel Umbrella.Mr Jaisingh told us there were no Umbrella.The same eve we saw the Hotel stall enjoying with the Hotel Umbrella at the lake. During checkout when we tried to thank Mr Jaiswal for the stay as a courtesy he mage a pokered face and told us he doesn't require any thank yous.We were not given any Wifi connection. Yes, the food was good but here again they were very rigid about the menu.Since we were the only residents for the Meal plan, we had requested for subtle changes but they were acting very pricey.
